Infinite Ball (the "App") respects your privacy and complies with the GDPR, COPPA, and other applicable data protection laws.
1. Data Collection and Purpose
We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) directly on our servers. However, the Unity Ads SDK integrated into the App may automatically collect:
- Data Points: Device identifiers (Google Advertising ID), device model, IP address (approximate location), and ad interaction data.
- Purpose: To provide advertisements (including rewarded videos and banner ads), deliver personalized advertising, prevent fraud, and analyze performance.
2. GDPR Compliance (For EEA and UK Users)
In accordance with the GDPR, users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK will be presented with a Consent Management Provider (CMP) prompt to opt-in or opt-out of data collection for personalized ads.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time through the App settings or your device's privacy settings.
- If you opt-out, you may still see ads, but they will be less relevant (non-personalized).
3. Third-Party Sharing and International Transfers
Data is shared with Unity Technologies to facilitate advertising services.
- Provider: Unity Technologies (Unity Ads)
- Location: Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where Unity operates.
- Transfers are protected by appropriate legal mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR)
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App is configured to ensure ads are age-appropriate.
