1. Purpose of processing personal information
(‘http://wansoft.tistory.com’ or ‘Wansoft’) processes personal information for the following purposes, and does not use it for purposes other than the following.
- 'Always Visible Time and Memo' app collects user's location information not only on the app settings screen but also when the app is running in the background as a service in order to support the use of the 'Wi-Fi name' function that is currently connected.
- 'Always Visible Time and Memo' app collects Android advertising identifiers and sends them to advertisers for advertising purposes.
2. Whether or not to entrust the processing of personal information
Wansoft does not entrust the processing of personal information to other companies.
3. Rights of users and their legal representatives and how to exercise them
Users and their legal representatives can exercise the following rights as subjects of personal information.
① The information subject can exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time with respect to Wansoft.
1. If there is an error, you can request correction.
2. Delete request: The user can directly delete the app.
4. Items, purpose, and period of personal information processed
① Wansoft handles the following personal information items.
- User location information: We collect the user's location information to support the use of the currently connected 'Wi-Fi name' function. If the 'Wi-Fi name' function is not used, the user's location information is not collected.
- Android Advertising Identifier: Sends Android advertising identifier to advertisers for customized advertising delivery.
② Wansoft processes personal information for the following purposes.
- The purpose of collecting user location information is to support the use of the currently connected 'Wi-Fi name' function. So, unless the app user uses the 'Wi-Fi name' function, we don't collect the user's location information.
- Sends Android advertising identifiers to advertisers for customized advertising delivery.
③ Wansoft handles personal information for the following period.
- The collection of user's location information is permitted only during operation in the form of a service on the app setting screen and in the background, and the user's location information is discarded at the same time as the app is deleted.
- Information on Android advertising identifiers is used only when running the app and is destroyed when the app is deleted.
5. Installation, operation and rejection of automatic personal information collection devices
- If you refuse to collect your location information, please do not use the 'Wi-Fi name' function. The user's location information is collected only when the 'Wi-Fi name' function is used, and the user's location information is discarded at the same time as deleting the app.
- If you refuse to transmit the Android advertising identifier, please delete the app. Android Advertising Identifiers are destroyed upon app deletion.
6. Destruction of personal information
In principle, Wansoft destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information has been achieved. The procedures, deadlines and methods of destruction are as follows.
① Destruction procedure
- The user's location information is used only when running the app and is destroyed when the app is deleted.
- Android advertising identifier information is used only when running the app and is destroyed when deleted.
② Deadline for destruction
- The user's location information is destroyed at the same time as the app is deleted.
- Android advertising identifier information is destroyed at the same time as the app is deleted.
③ How to destroy
- To destroy the user's location information, simply delete the app.
- To destroy the Android advertising identifier information, simply delete the app.
7. Measures to secure the safety of personal information
In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Wansoft is taking the following technical/administrative and physical measures necessary to ensure safety.
① Regular self-audit We conduct regular self-audit to secure the stability of personal information handling.
② Restriction on access to personal information
- Your location information is used only for the 'Wi-Fi name' function and is not used for any other purpose.
- Android advertising identifiers are provided only to advertisers that send advertisements and are not used for any other purpose.
Personal information is used only when running the app, and is not transmitted/stored externally.
③ Access control for unauthorized persons
- The user's location information cannot be directly accessed by unauthorized persons.
- Android advertising identifiers cannot be directly accessed by unauthorized persons except for advertisers.
In Android mobile, direct access to the internal physical storage place where personal information is stored is not possible. This permission is used only during execution and is not transmitted/stored externally.
8. Created by the person in charge of personal information protection
① Wansoft is responsible for overall handling of personal information, and designates a person in charge of personal information protection as follows to handle complaints and damage relief from information subjects related to personal information processing.

② The information subject can inquire about all personal information protection related inquiries, complaint handling, damage relief, etc. that occurred while using Wansoft's service (or business) to the person in charge of personal information protection and the department in charge. Wansoft will respond and handle inquiries from information subjects without delay.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
① This personal information handling policy is effective from the effective date, and if there is any addition, deletion or correction of changes according to laws and regulations, we will notify you through a notice 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
② This privacy policy will be applied from November 3, 2021.
